Heckington

H is for the happiness of living amongst friends
E is for the easy way this village life lends
C is for the cosiness with all things near at hand
K is for the kindness we find in every hand
I is for the nice old inn upon the village green
N is for the nightlife which forever stays serene
G is for the gardens gay which are a sight to see
T is for the teashop bright, good fare for you and me
O is for the older folk to us they are so dear
N is for the nicest place we’re so glad to be here
